bele1Bele' Wondwossen
Bele’ Wondwossen is the publisher of “Phenomenal Woman Magazine”.  Before taking this role, Wondwossen worked in the publishing industry on and off for the past 20 years.

Originally from East Africa, she has lived in Cleveland since the early 80's.  She noticed her passion for creativity at an early age while cutting out dress patterns and cross-stitching beautiful designs with her mom.

After graduating with a Bachelor's of Science degree from Cleveland State University in Computer and Information Science, she worked as a production manager at the Call & Post Newspapers, a weekly newspaper that services the Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati areas. While at the Call & Post she realized that creative arts and publishing was her calling.  She also served as the Art Director/Graphics Designer for African American Lifestyle Magazine, a national bi-monthly magazine published in Cleveland, Ohio.

For a number of years Wondwossen has been passionately working on ways to produce a magazine that benefits women. Today, with “Phenomenal Woman Magazine” she is ready to showcase the achievements and challenges of Northeast Ohio women.

Bele' is also an active member of Ebenezer Church of the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
